| Firm Profile |
 | |
The firm combines the talents and interests of Larry J. Doherty, Mark W. Long & Brett Wagner, who collectively represent over 66 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in litigation.
While the focus of Larry and Brett over the last 15 years or so has been in the legal malpractice and professional negligence arena, Mark has steadfastly maintained his practice of representing plaintiffs in personal injury/wrongful death matters. The firm's practice in recent years is fairly equally divided between professional negligence (legal and accounting malpractice) and personal injury.
All three partners are Board Certified by Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law and have all attained the highest rating for legal ability, ethics, and professionalism, the prestigious AV Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The firm prides itself on being dedicated to the representation only of plaintiffs within its areas of practice.
The firm's success over the years is attributable to innovative thinking, diligent preparation and belief that each client should have open, candid communication with their lawyer and be kept informed of the developments of their case. This formula has served the firm well and the partners are dedicated to insuring that each client's case receives the individualized attention it deserves.

In fact, over the last ten to fifteen years partners Larry Doherty and Brett Wagner handled more Plaintiff's legal malpractice cases than any other firm in the Texas.
The firm also has experience in handling accounting and other professional malpractice claims.
Personal Injury Our firm represents individuals who have been injured from medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, oil field accidents and construction related injuries.
